Terms of Service
Straightforward terms, explained in plain language. This is a plain-language summary of how we work together contractually. It's not a substitute for the signed service agreement, but it should answer most of your questions before you get there.
Ownership & IP
Once final payment is made, you own the code, design, and content we built for you outright. We don't hold your website hostage, and we don't reuse your custom work for anyone else.
Revisions Policy
Every project includes two structured rounds of revisions during the review phase. Additional rounds beyond that are billed at an hourly rate, agreed with you before any extra work starts.
Timeline & Delays
Our timelines assume feedback within 5 business days at each review point. If feedback takes longer, the project timeline shifts accordingly. We won't rush your review, but we also can't hold a slot open indefinitely.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us (business data, credentials, internal processes) stays confidential. We're happy to sign a separate NDA before discovery if your business requires one.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a project at any point. You keep and pay only for the work completed up to that point. We don't charge for work that hasn't started.
